Our roastmaster, Paul Thornton and our vice president of product development, Bruce Mullins have a combined 50 years in the specialty coffee business and are experts at developing proprietary coffee blends, or reverse-engineering and matching competitive coffee blends.
Our account teams are each led by a dedicated account manager, personally responsible for each customer's coffee program success. The account manager's objective is to ensure all partnership agreements are met or exceeded and to increase sales and performance. Support is provided by marketing, product development, and training. Each account manager is responsible for only a few customers in his or her channel of expertise.
From the point of origin to the point of consumption, we work to ensure delivery of the perfect beans at the perfect time. We utilize today's most advanced packing technologies, apply strict inventory management and stock rotation standards and work in partnership with distributors to assure freshness
Our marketing staff and in-house design team knows how to sell coffee, with talent and experience gained while working at the national category management level and for big brands. Our services include: branding and identity; in-store layout and design for both retail and food service operations; packaging design and development; point of sale design and creation; and promotional development and implementation.
